Fever, Chills, and a Headache -- School Germs?

Y'all, I'm feeling NO BUENO!  Our district held a clinic for the Pertussis vaccine today (we're required to get it), and about an hour ago, I started getting a headache, hot flashes, and chills.  I can't say it's because of the vaccine or just school germs, and honestly my head hurts too much to do research, but golly!!  I definitely can't get sick right now.  5th grade is hosting a wedding shower for one of our teammates tomorrow.  We were friends at Clemson (the one getting married), so it's pretty neat!

I made two foods to bring tomorrow... one sweet and one salty.  I must admit, I'm more excited about the salty one.  I don't have much of a sweet tooth.

The sweet one is "Cake Batter Fudge"

It's in the refrigerator now, but I can already tell it's not going to look as good as these do.  My sprinkles changed the yellow batter to a weird mauve color.  The spatula tasted good, though.

UPDATE: Instead of fudge, I have a thick, sticky blob.  Sad day. :(

The salty one is Jalapeño Pimento Cheese

I LOVE pimento cheese.  I think I got it a little salty, but it's cheese!! :)  I bought chips and crackers to go along with it.
